These terms govern access to Ajinta websites, applications, and related services. By using Ajinta, you agree to use the service responsibly and only in ways you are authorized to use.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, connected runners, credentials, repositories, and agent workflows. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Ajinta to compromise, attack, or disrupt systems you do not own or have permission to test.
• Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, or harmful content or commands.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, billing, rate limits, or security boundaries.
• Do not use Ajinta in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party service terms.

Connected Infrastructure

Ajinta can coordinate agent work on machines, virtual machines, repositories, and cloud workers selected by users. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to connect and operate that infrastructure and for reviewing agent actions before approving sensitive work.

Subscriptions

Paid access is handled through the billing provider shown during checkout. Subscription terms, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are presented during checkout or in the billing portal where available.

Availability

Ajinta is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service to protect users, maintain the platform, or comply with legal requirements.

Agent output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing code, commands, deployments, and other outputs before relying on them.
